About Us

Gloucester Badminton Club has been in existence for over 30 years! We are a friendly, sociable club and don't take our badminton too seriously! That said we do have several teams in the Gloucestershire league for those who fancy more competitive matches. Although we have a range of playing abilities we regret that we cannot take complete beginners and do not offer any formal coaching (although some of our more experienced players are often happy to give people pointers). We have had a recent influx of players so are close to full but there tends to be a certain amount of churn and we are always keen to hear from more experienced players.

Our club night is 7pm to 9pm on Mondays at GL1 Leisure Centre in Gloucester.

We have several teams in the local Gloucestershire league and our matches are currently played at 7.15pm on Fridays at Waterwells Sports Centre.
